Seeking someone energetic, hardworking, responsible and dedicated to work as a Pharmacy Technician in our Valatie location. Job description: must adhere to all state and federal regulations at all times, assists the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy. Assists the pharmacist in the performance of other Pharmacy Department duties in accordance with Company Policies and procedures. Job training provided; previous experience not required, but welcomed. Must engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Must also engage other health care professionals, assisting in patient care. Cash handling responsibilities required when assisting patients at point of sale system. Must maintain patient confidentiality at all times in accordance with HIPAA privacy laws. Open availability (including nights and weekends) required. Full and Part time positions available.
