POSITION SUMMARY
An integral part of LCHC is our in-house pharmacy. We are seeking a casual pharmacy delivery driver to deliver prescriptions to our patients who use both our Sheboygan and Manitowoc pharmacies. Our ideal candidates should be friendly, patient, responsible, and capable of working independently. In this role, you’ll be responsible for contacting and confirming delivery instructions, preparing prescriptions for delivery, delivering prescriptions, and tracking deliveries in the pharmacy software. In addition, the delivery driver will assist pharmacy with tasks between deliveries. This position is 8-12 hours per week depending on need and primarily in Manitowoc but could be in Sheboygan if needed. The pharmacy delivery driver will use LCHC's company vehicle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, TASKS, & FUNCTIONS
- Contact patients to offer delivery
- Confirm prescription delivery details including method of payment, address, delivery instructions
- Verify patient and prescription information upon delivery
- Collect payment, signature and ID (when necessary) upon delivery
- Communicate pharmacy delivery vehicle maintenance to support staff
- Other pharmacy tasks as time permits such as:
o pharmacy cleaning
o delivering Rx’s to parking lot
o putting away daily order
o performing inventory counts
o assist pharmacy technicians with pulling drugs for filling and returning drugs to shelf
o performing point of sale transactions

EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess current automobile insurance & active drivers license
- High school diploma or equivelant
- bi-lingual prefered but not required

**Covid vaccine is mandatory, religious and medical exemptions are accepted.
