PAYNE PEST MANAGEMENT is growing and looking to add PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN NIGHT ROUTE to our first-class service team. We are looking for self-motivated professionals capable of working with a team or out on their own. You must be customer focused, with strong communication skills and a great work ethic.

Pay

• Approximately $56,000.00 annually
• $250-$1000 New Hire Signing Bonus for employees with current Applicators or Branch 2 licenses.

Work Schedule

• MUST be willing to work evening shifts: 1:00 am – 9:30 am, Monday – Friday
• The ability to report for duty on time for scheduled shifts is mandatory

Responsibilities

A PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN NIGHT ROUTE is responsible for identifying and eliminating pest problems. These services include but are not limited to:

• Safely applying pesticides to the interior and exterior of commercial buildings.
• Setting and baiting rodent bait stations.
• Bird control and clean up.
• Gopher and ground squirrel control.
• Bee services include hive removal, honey removal, and wall intrusions.

Our Team is trained in maintaining a working partnership with businesses, and property managers within Los Angeles. This position is responsible for performing Pest Control services in the Los Angeles area. • 
  Minimum of 1-2+ years of Pest Control experience preferred
• Applicators License and/or Field Representative II (2) license issued by the State of California.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
• The ability to read, write, learn, and communicate in English effectively
• Must be able to write simple correspondence
• Must have the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and co-workers
• Able to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, taste, smell, and Lift and Carry 25 lbs.(The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions)
• Ability to regularly work outdoors in changing weather conditions and frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles work environment (The use of PPEs is MANDATORY and will reduce the risk of exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and heat-related, illnesses.
• Ability to work occasionally in high, and/or small and confined places and is occasionally exposed to cold, hot, wet, and /or humid conditions with toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Ability to work in the work environment is usually moderate noise level
• Able to Pass a back ground check
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
