As a personalized benefits advisor, you’ll work with prospective customers to introduce PeopleKeep's products and help them to determine if we offer a solution that meets their needs. Ideal candidates will thrive in a metric-based, high-performance environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to get inside sales experience in an inbound mode.


Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with potential customers who are assigned as qualified leads in your calendar

  • Help small business owners and non-profit leaders understand their employee benefit options and determine if there is a mutual fit

  • Provide timely and relevant follow-up to prospects

  • Maintain a current and accurate pipeline forecast

  • Become a product expert, capable of answering a wide variety of questions and demonstrating our software products in a clear and concise way

  • Deliver a strong, warm handoff to our Customer Experience team, with a client who is knowledgeable and excited about the benefit.

  • Provide market feedback to the marketing and product teams

  • Identify and collaborate around ways to improve existing processes

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information.

  • Helpful, not pushy.

  • Self-motivated.

  • Strong time management skills.

  • Enjoys a fast-paced working environment.

  • Interested in helping people.

  • Comfortable with software tools

  • Good analyticals skills are a plus. We want you to understand the full customer acquisition funnel from website sessions to closed won deals.

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, such as in a SDR role, is preferred.
