Personal Training Director

• We are currently looking to fill our Personal Training Director (PTD) position at our Bala Cynwyd LA Fitness. Our Bala Cynwyd location has over 1000 member check ins per day with 10 new members per day on average. Personal Training Director's report directly to the stores General Manager of Sales. Our Personal Training Directors are in charge of running the club on Saturday's to showcase their skills. The best Personal Training Directors showcasing their skills on Saturday's are next in line for a promotion to General Manager. We typically see promotions within 3-6 months of starting employment.

Daily Task/Duties:

• In-Club-Marketing- Offering free 1on1 coaching sessions for 1 hour. You will offer 1on1 workouts to new members, members walking in and out of the gym, on the gym floor, body fat tables, phone calls, and bootcamps.
• Selling New Members- Running a results-based tour and presentation to close gym memberships and personal training.
• Selling-Existing-Members- Running 1 hour appointments goal setting, talking product knowledge do's and don'ts, working out for 25 minutes, and selling the pt programs.
• Service- All programs you sell, you will transition them to work with a certified personal trainer on your staff. You will stay in contact with the clients to make sure the program is going well to keep them happy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,021.52 - $5,361.68 per month
