Personal Assistant to CEO
Job description
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO with daily administrative tasks. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of running a successful business. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO's scheduling, including meetings and appointments.
Read, reply to, and organize emails for the CEO
Take notes during meetings and follow up with employees, vendors, and customers.
Arrange personal and business travel for the CEO, including flights, hotels, and restaurants.
Prepare correspondence and perform various clerical tasks, such as data entry and research, building visits.
Book and coordinate personal appointments for the CEO
Help with project management and any other projects that arise.
Provide personal support to the CEO, including running errands and online shopping.
Assist with the coordination of corporate events and parties, including catering and setup/cleanup.
Handle confidential and non-routine information with integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements:
Must have a college degree, AAS or higher.
Must have the ability to pass a basic skills test.
Minimum of five years of experience supporting a senior leadership team
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate or higher knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
