Job Description:
This position will help lead process improvement initiatives. Projects will include system implementation and upgrades (Enterprise Version 6), identifying process improvements, and successfully implementing the recommended changes.
Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of ADP Enterprise Version 6 (EV6) to include system configuration and development / testing of vendor file feeds
  • Review current processes and recommend improvements based on root cause analysis and using lean principles.
  • Conduct audits and reconciliations on payroll data to include 401k, deferred compensation, employee state tax audits, etc.
  • Work with Corporate and GBS finance team to address and resolve payroll related journal entries
  • Administration of all multi-jurisdiction entries (quarterly / annually)
  • Support overall eTime functions including the set-up of PTO accruals in ADP eTime and management / troubleshooting of time clocks
  • Manage the overall US expatriate payroll program
  • Provide back-up support to weekly / bi-weekly payrolls.
  • Manage multiple priorities with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to explain payroll and compensation related items effectively to employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and protect employee privacy.

Qualifications:
Experience and skills:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting concepts, payroll terms, HR and benefits
  • Knowledge of payroll processing, HRIS data systems and processing 3rd party vendor feeds
  • 3+ years payroll experience including payroll taxes, W-2s, and other quarterly or year end processing
  • Multi-state payroll experience required
  • Excellent Verbal and Written skills
  • Knowledge of ADP payroll systems with Enterprise (EV6) experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of Automated Time & Attendance systems
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prefer local candidate, but remote/hybrid work is possible. Position will require travel for the first few months if remote.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - 90,000.
