Quest Physical Therapy is looking for a compassionate and engaged team member who wants to play a major role in a patient's therapy plan as a Patient Care Coordinator.
Our ideal candidate for this position is:
- Great with patients
- Good ability to multi-task and able to handle patient co-pays/deductibles
- Must be computer literate
- Reliable, dependable, a fast learner and be hard working
You will be answering multiple phone lines, checking in and scheduling patients, entering insurance information into the computer, monitoring patient plans of care filing and other duties as assigned in a timely manner. Works closely with therapy team to ensure highest satisfaction of patient care.
