About the position:

Blackman Grove Dental in Murfreesboro, TN, is a 3-dentist practice looking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our amazing team and provide an exceptional experience for our patients! We’re looking for someone who is dynamic and energetic, and who is driven to find solutions to improve the patient experience. We believe someone with prior clinical experience would thrive in this role, but it's not required. If you're open to a new, exciting opportunity for growth we'd love to hear from you!

This is a full time position: Monday -Thursday, 6:45 am- 4:00pm, and Friday 8-2 (admin day) no evenings or weekends! Fridays are our admin day.

What you can expect:

You’ll be the primary point of contact for treatment presentations and act as a patient concierge to support the outstanding personalized attention our doctors and clinical team provide. We'll train you on our process and you can expect our team to be right there with you to enhance your learning. Confidence in the use of technology (software) and outstanding communication skills are critical for this role.
