The Cox Family has lived in St George for over 30 years and has owned various small businesses. We started our family-owned and run business, Indy Auto Center, Inc., 25 years ago. We wanted to own a business where we could work together as a family and also be able to play together as a family. So, we shifted our focus to recreational vehicles and became Indy RV Sales. We have grown over the years and reside in a new nine-acre facility. We distinguish ourselves from our competition because we remain committed to our customers after the sale. We are seeking an experienced Parts Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has a good knowledge of recreational vehicles and various technical topics, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure our internal and external customers receive superior service.
• Be the product knowledge expert.
• Build a positive work environment with outstanding teamwork and mutual respect. Lead by example.
• Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable.
• Oversee execution of daily operational processes, including inventory counts, special order parts, and shipping and receiving.
• Monitor KPIs of the department and individual team members to meet sales targets.
• Negotiate wholesale prices with suppliers.

Qualifications:

• One year of experience in the parts and supply chain industry.
• Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work with a wide range of customers.
• Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
• Experience in inventory control with daily cycle counts.
• Schedule availability that aligns with a retail environment (early morning, evening, and weekends).
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift experience.
• Liquid Propane Certification (within 60 days of hire date)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $37,440.00 per year
