Position: Sales Associate & Fashion Stylist

Reports to: Store Manager

Location: Kennewick, WA

Overview:

This position reports directly to the Store Manager and will be responsible to help maintain the level of customer service our clients receive. The sales associates create long-term relationships with clients, creating more personalized interactions with each customer. Other tasks may vary according to the season. Knowledge of our location's products, brands, and current fashion trends will be useful.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the assistance of the day-to-day operations of the store and helping with achieving the sales goals of the store.

- Provide an excellent level of customer service.
- Responsible for overall store merchandising, working closely with the store manager.
- Assisting with special orders and inventory transfers between other locations.
- Managing email and a client book.
- Assisting with coordinating store events.
- Reacting to changes in demand and logistics.
- Communicating between management, the other locations, and their staff.
- Count cash and balance registers and cash deposits.
- Respect diversity. Love for people.
- Respect confidentiality. Safeguard customers personal information.
- Monitor stock levels on all inventory items.
- Social media assistance, content creation, coordinated with the company's marketing manager and store manager.

Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of retail math concepts and applications.
- Strong communications skills.
- Excellent organizational, prioritizing and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiastic ability to work within a team environment.
- Technical skill proficiency with cellular phones, social media apps, and computers.

Education:

* Associates degree is preferred, however, may be substituted by prior experience.
