We are looking for a customer service oriented individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of our community members.

When our patients receive a prescription for durable medical equipment, they often wonder about that next step and how they will get their equipment. This is where you come in. Not only do you deliver and set-up our equipment in our patient’s home, offer great customer service, but you will also educate our patients on the use of their new equipment. You are the face of Allegheny Health Network Home Medical Equipment.

Currently, we are hiring: Part-Time delivery driver, works less than 30 hours a week , shifts may vary depending on need (4PM - 8PM).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivering equipment, supplies & set-up
• Patient education & training
• Professional communication & excellent customer service

YOUR SKILLS:

• Organization & Follow through
• Data Entry
• Quick thinking in response to patient requests & complaints

• Basic knowledge of hand tools
• Delivering excellent customer service with a smile

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer Service
• Excellent driving record
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
