Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about technology and the impact it has on daily operations. We are a mission-driven non-profit, and we hope to find someone who has a desire to expand the ways we can serve our mission through innovation and technology. Approximately 3 days a week (7.5hrs/day) with Tuesday and Thursday availability preferred.

Responsibilities
- Support the agency’s IT efforts by maintaining employee hardware, software, and other systems
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support through our internal helpdesk
- Organize and maintain IT resources and inventory system
- Account creation, management, and troubleshooting for new and current employees
- Lend IT support in areas such as document management, cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
- Associates level schooling in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems OR one to two years of relevant working experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Compensation: $15/hr based on experience
