We are looking for servers and bartenders to work part-time hours for the upcoming wedding season! We are a family-owned business that is growing fast and are looking for some dedicated people who love the hospitality industry to join our team!

We have multiple types of part-time shifts to fill at our Lynnwood location, Kirkland location, and Mountlake Terrace location for banquet servers/bartenders during spring and summer we have back to back weddings and will need some seasonal servers/bartenders!

We have multiple types of Kitchen Aid shifts; morning/afternoon/closing. At both of our locations (Lynnwood and Kirkland) we have AM/PM shifts currently available.

We are a full-service catering company. We do all types of events which keeps things very fun and interesting! We're getting ready for next wedding season and we need to expand our team! We provide transportation to events, and staff meals for all shifts.

If you are a hard worker and love being a team player and being a part of someone's special day by providing excellent service and delicious food, then we want to hear from you!

We have events mostly on the weekends, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday's. With some mid-week events as well. Shift hours vary depending on events. Most wedding events are standard 12hr shift.

General Accountabilities:

• Ensure excellent and professional client service at all times
• Setup and reset specific activities as directed for food and beverage service
• Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverage items
• Communicate with team members, kitchen and other areas of operation
• Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures
• Ability to work in a team-based environment
• Develop and maintain high levels of service within operations, particularly within departments, on a daily basis
• Sound food knowledge throughout all areas of operations, includes being well versed in all Menu’s available and food service systems.
• Good conflict resolution skills
• Courteous, welcoming and informative
• Involved in the service of a variety of functions requiring food or beverage service
• Establish good professional relationship with existing and new customers
• Pay Rate: $16-18 (Depending on Experience)
• Need Valid Food Handlers Card (MAST Permit for Bartenders)

**During our off-season from weddings, servers can pick up Kitchen Aid shifts at either kitchen location (Lynnwood or Kirkland). There is a wide range of shifts to fill as well as multiple positions to fill.
