Job Description:

• Support Legal staff in the preparation and conduct of public meetings, including the drafting and finalizing of the minutes.

• Assist the Public Records Access Officer and prepare and respond to public records requests and other compulsory legal processes, e.g., subpoenas.

• Assist attorneys in minute-taking at Commission meetings and subsequently drafting and finalizing the edited Commission meeting minutes.

• Assist attorneys with legal contracts resulting from procurement, which may include reviewing contracts, ensuring all contracts are signed by appropriate parties in a timely manner, and maintaining copies of contracts in the legal files.

• Assist attorneys in developing and managing Dynamics caseload, which may include reviewing and triaging matters in consultation with the General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, and other legal staff; and

• General administrative duties, scheduling, and meeting notes.
