Snyder Bros Painting is seeking character driven individuals with a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a team of professional painters.

We're currently hiring for a full-time laborer.

The following skills, abilities and attributes are required or highly recommended for this position:

• Honest and of high integrity. (This is the single most important thing we are looking for).
• Able to represent the Snyder Bros brand through a clean, well-maintained appearance.
• Punctual and exact in everything from arrival time to quality of work produced.

Duties:

• Organizes work by checking work schedule.
• Must be coachable and able to follow detailed verbal and written instructions
• Assist in organization and maintenance of workspaces and tools.
• Ability to work within a group, and assist crews with general needs specific to job.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Must have license and reliable transportation
• Be able to lift 50 lbs. daily
• Exploring opportunities to add value to the needs of crew/job.

This is an entry-level position, and pay is based on experience. Laborer experience and experience in the painting or remodeling industry would be helpful, but a culture fit with the company is most important.

We can train the right person if they possess the aptitude for this type of work. This is an opportunity for long-term success and continuous professional growth for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
