Reputable local house painting business looking for experienced painter - looking for candidate that is a good person overall to fit in with our company culture of decency and credibility. With emphasis, we are only looking for good people who are reliable, who can communicate, who treat their co-workers well, and who have personal integrity. Trouble makers need not apply.

Pay depends on experience. Managing tall extension ladders without damaging gutters, windows, and light fixtures is a must. Ability to brush and roll paint without making a mess is a must. Ability to prep, tape, prime, and power wash house exteriors without damaging anything is a must. Ability to spray paint using an assortment of airless paint sprayers is desired. Ability to start, clean, trouble shoot, and safely use airless sprayers without making any kind of a mess is highly desired. Must have valid driver’s license. Must have personal vehicle to commute to work.

We are looking for people of good character. We’ve been in business for 11 years in the Eugene-Springfield area and haven’t received a single complaint. We plan to keep it that way. That’s why we are in search of a quality person to join our team.

Minimum skill levels needed for this job warrant at least an $18 - $20 per hour pay rate. Ability to properly and in a timely manner paint an entire home exterior yourself with minimal oversight warrants a pay rate of $20 - $27 per hour plus performance-based bonuses. At that pay rate you must be intimately familiar with the use and operation of airless sprayers. We like to work at a steady and productive pace for 7.5 hours per day in order to get home at a reasonable hour and live our lives. Therefore we waste no time on the jobsite and are only there to work as efficiently as possible. Overtime is optional and sometimes but rarely required. Weekends are optional but only rarely required. We rarely do fine finishing and cabinets and mostly focus on middle to upper middle class residential repaints. We work from 8:30am to 4:30pm with a lunch break and two 10 minute paid breaks. Sometimes we work 9 to 5. It depends on the job.
