The Athletes For Change Residential Treatment Center is accepting applications for OVERNIGHT Direct Care Staff workers at our facility in the Dallas/Desoto/Glenn Heights area. (Saturday and Sunday overnights 11pm-7am).

We are a 24-hour full boarding program for adjudicated or CPS boys ages 13-17 and have two houses on 3 acres to host 27 teen boys. The boys live and go to school on the property.

You would be responsible for supervising and performing room checks on the boys several times throughout the night. You would also be responsible for laundry and light housekeeping duties such as mopping the kitchen floor and some washing of pots and pans.

All candidates must undergo an FBI fingerprint national background check and pass a drug test. At least 1 year experience with teens in a residential setting is preferred, but not required. $14-15/hour based on relevant experience.
