• A Network Engineer Consultant in the Mid-Atlantic North Centralized SPOC (Single Point of Contact) group will be a member of a team of engineers and consultants located in NJ/PA/DE.
• This workgroup’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: FiOS, DSL, and DS0-level service order provisioning, inter-departmental assistance including field technician calls, FiOS address corrections / inquiries, NTAS administration, EWO creation/management and the monitoring/resolution of RMAs (Request for Manual Assistance) and held orders.
• Strong computer skills (window-based programs i.e., Word, Excel etc) are a MUST.
• Knowledge of current client Outside Plant Engineering methods and procedures.
• Knowledge of ICGS, iVAPP, BDMS, LFACS, NTAS, vBuild (Verizon Proprietary Databases).
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Systems analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent telecom experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
