Position Summary
They plan, develop, implement, and administer development and training programs for employees and managers. This person will also consult with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters. In charge of training and organizational development, culture, annual training plan, develop "Leadership Team" and "High Potential" Will work on designing and implementing organizational design and strategies that align with business goals and vision. This position reports to the Human Resources Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources or related area.
- Experience working with LMS.
- Supervising experience.
- PhD, Master's or License (preferable)
