Our order selector fulfils a crucial function in getting our customers their fine products. The primary responsibilities of this position are to select orders though out the shift while communicating respectfully and cordially with managers and colleagues.

Candidates must join the Teamsters Local 117 for this position.

Schedule: 4:00 PM- 12:30 AM, Sunday-Thursday

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Pick Orders throughout shift
• Stock in Cooler when picking is complete (when time allows)
• Adheres to company policies, procedures, and business ethics
• Work cooperatively with management & colleagues
• Maintain a clean and neat work area
• Secure all equipment when not in use

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to communicate effectively with management & colleagues
• Must be able to use a pallet jack
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be able to pick with Voice Pick

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to perform tasks and responsibilities in cold conditions (36 degree F Cooler or Freezer)
