Pay Rate: $18 to 20/Hr
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Richland, MS
Shift - 8am - 4:30pm

This position is for the Power/Energy division.

We are looking for Order Entry Specialist.

Description:

• Order Entry Process Owner
• Maintains the required documents for the order entry process (PO, Contract Docs, Tax Docs, Bonds/Guarantees)
• Create Sales Order Folders and maintains permanent electronic record keeping
• Facilitates order handoff from marketing/sales to customer order engineering
• Documentation of Change Order Process
• Works directly with customers and the sales channel to fulfill requirements and provide status updates
• Supports the collections department as needed to facilitate payment from customers
• Interacts with other internal departments to ensure contractual obligations are met on time.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Richland, MS 39218: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
