Spot Dessert Bar is a fast growing company based in NYC. Our sweets bring together Asian food influence and American style desserts, allowing us to serve thousands of innovative and quality seasonal desserts every day.

We are seeking talented staff to join Spot Dessert Bar's team for both Full-time and Part-time positions.

Location: Flushing, Queens

SCOPE OF WORK:

- Wash, dry and store plates, cups and utensils appropriately

- Clean and beautify entrance area, indoor and outdoor seating

TO LEARN:

- Maintain food preparation and related kitchen work standards according to Spot Dessert Bar guidelines

- Prepare dessert base, condiments, and other ingredients

- Ensure the products' quality and safety before serving

- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations

- Close the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist standard

Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years of restaurant/kitchen experience; Back-of-House experience is preferred

- Team Player and Multi-tasking skills

- Dependability and meet attendance/punctuality requirements
