Full Time On-site Community Manager Needed. Must have strong Project Management Skills. Job is 30-40 hours per week depending on current projects.

Will be responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative, maintenance, and security functions of the community.

Responsibilities include:

* Solicit Bids for maintenance, construction, and community projects
* Track Architectural Changes
* Monitor Compliance with Rules and Regulations
* Play active role in day to day activities of the Association
* Assist with budgeting
* Take care of Common Areas
* Support Association Meetings and data requests
* Handle purchase and Lease applications

Requirements:

* Active CAM license in state of Florida
* Minimum 2 years CAM related experience
* Advanced command of computer systems (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Outstanding Customer Service
* Excellent people skills
* Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills
* Strong Organizational Skills

The salary is $55,000-$65,000 per year depending on experience

Experience:
