Expanding Staffing & Recruiting firm is seeking an Entry-Level Onboarding Specialist to join our team!

• Location: Stamford, CT (on-site, this is not a remote position)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 hr. per week)
• Salary: $40k - $60k (DOE) + Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Vacation, etc.)

Required Skills:

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with candidates via email or over the phone as part of the on-boarding process which includes but not limited to running background checks & employment drug screens, obtaining references, necessary on-boarding documents (varying with each client)
• Following up with candidates to assist with questions/concerns
• Trouble-shooting any issues
• Organizing required documents candidates must complete prior to their start date
• Assisting and/or explaining how to properly fill out timesheets
• General administrative & clerical tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
