Job Description

As the Manager of On-Page SEO, your primary responsibility is to lead a team of On-Page SEO specialists to ensure the successful execution of on-page optimization strategies, ensure high-quality work, and drive organic traffic to the organization's website. We need someone who is task-oriented, great with people, and a team player who succeeds in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Quality Control:

Ensure the quality and accuracy of on-page optimization efforts, including keyword research, content optimization, and website structure optimization.

Performance Monitoring:

Use analytics tools to monitor website performance and track the success of on-page optimization efforts. Make data-driven decisions to improve website performance and increase organic traffic.

Team Management:

Hire, train, and manage a team of On-Page SEO specialists, including setting performance targets, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.

Strategy Implementation:

Oversee the implementation of on-page SEO strategies that align with the overall digital marketing goals of the organization.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as content and development, to ensure on-page optimization efforts are integrated into the overall website development process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• 2 Years of On-Page SEO experience
• 2 Years of management experience
• Previous experience working in an Internet Marketing Company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Skills Needed

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Interlinking knowledge, Schema Knowledge, Cora/Surfer SEO Know How, ClickUp Experience (a plus), Management Experience, Microsoft 365 Experience, WordPress & Other CMS Experience, & Excellent Excel skills.
