Altos Inc., located in Irvine, is looking to hire an entry-level individual to assist in the medical history dept. coordination and various administrative tasks in the office.

This is a full-time position. Hire is IMMEDIATE.

Duties include:

  • Mailing out insurance bills and correspondence.
  • Processing and scanning incoming/outgoing mail from medical offices and insurance companies.
  • Picking up and scanning of medical records.
  • Coordinating the medical history calendar with historians and scheduling history appointments.

Qualifications:

  • Good command of English both oral and written.
  • Bilingual - Spanish.
  • MS Office and Google knowledge preferred
  • Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies.
  • High school degree or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
