Blooming Brains Academy seeks a high-energy, customer-service oriented person to help lead operations and manage the front office. We are a new Montessori school that opened in Fall, 2022 and need someone who is ready to help create systems to ensure that our school runs in an efficient and organized manner.

You will be part of a team that is focused on ensuring that our students' and their parents' needs are prioritized. You will also help to support teachers by making sure they have what they need and that they are set up for success. In addition, you will serve as one of our chief school ambassadors, helping to grow enrollment and ensuring that the students have an amazing experience each and every day.

Previous experience in a similar role (could be in an office or other similar environment) is required. Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills required. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are required. We are looking for someone to take charge and create a professional, positive and nurturing environment,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
