Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Leading and Implementing Company Mission, Values and Goals.
- Leading all aspects of customer and employee satisfaction
- Developing and Maintaining Community Relationships with Outside referral sources and community partners.
- Managing and driving Inside Sales/Company Growth: Prospects to New Clients
- Leadership and management of our prospect pipeline/system.
- Completing Assessments and Quality Assurance Visits
- Management of Client Onboarding and Care Coordination
- Coordinate and Manage Client Satisfaction Audits
- Management of the Caregiver recruiting and hiring process. Oversee and assist with the onboarding process, including employee orientation, training, and retention strategies.
- Required knowledge of the scheduling process and system and assist the scheduling team as needed.
- Required to development a complete understanding of payroll, invoicing and employee benefits program.
- Provide Marketing Support to Administrative Team
- Overall Management of Office
- On-Call responsibilities. Including nights and weekends.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Education and Experience in management, human development, nursing or other related field.
- Required understanding of the Senior Health Care industry
- Required understanding of the Aging process and related challenges
- Strong Leadership, organizational skills, crisis management and time management skills
- Commitment to Customer Service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
- Outstanding Communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize
- Problem solving, problem prevention, and issue resolution skills
- Commitment to our vision, mission, goals, and team-oriented approach
- Personable, friendly, upbeat, and positive attitude
- Experience working in the home care or health care industry a plus.
