POSITION SUMMARY

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions:

Greet Families
Generate weekly financial reports
Manages all CMS functions
Order and maintain office supplies.
Maintain office files.
Schedule appointments and tours for Director.

Non-essential Functions:

Generate reports.
Manage inventory (office supplies and equipment).

Provides administrative support to the assigned manager, by responding to customers on the phone and in person, creating and coordinating projects in a computerized project management system, performing a variety of general clerical duties.Ensure proper paperwork is maintained for files per state licensing and assist with entering classroom and school wide notices.
Answer incoming telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate people and resources.
Maintain parent accounts in company management system
Ensure proper payments to parent accounts and report to Director any discrepancies
Track incoming paperwork for new enrollments and ensure completion of files
Maintain tracking system of inquiries and enrollments.
Perform miscellaneous office duties including, but not limited to preparing mailings.
Prepare reports, using filing systems and computerized spreadsheets.

Qualifications:


SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Proficiency with a desktop computer.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel strongly desired.
Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of internal and external contacts in a positive and professional manner.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and prioritize issues requiring response in order of importance and level of urgency.
Some light lifting.
Previous experience in an office environment.
Telephone reception experience desired.
Knowledge of state licensing requirements.
EDUCATION:
Minimum of two years’ experience performing general clerical and office support duties.
High school education.
