We currently have an opening for an Office Administrator in our Corporate office in Fargo. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining office services by organizing office operations of the following at our corporate location; coordinate outgoing, incoming and store-to-store mail transfers, maintain office supplies, and assist in clerical functions in various departments along with back-up responsibilities at the front desk.

We have a generous retirement plan with 10% guaranteed and up to 5% discretionary provided by the company annually once eligibility is met with no minimum required contributions out of your pocket.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, gather, and coordinate outgoing mail
  • Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail
  • Provide front desk coverage for Receptionist including breaks, lunches, and PTO
  • Process UCC lien filings
  • Collect, prepare, and scan documents from various departments
  • Submit invoices to third party online payment portals
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and restock as needed
  • Weekly credit card processing and allocation
  • Assist other departments with various projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma with one year of office assistant/receptionist experience required - 2 years of experience preferred
  • Previous phone experience with multi-line phone system
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks
  • Detail oriented
  • Good organizational skills are essential
  • Knowledge of scanning, indexing and workflow systems
  • Basic math and accounting knowledge
  • Experience processing mail
  • Strong computer skills
