The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and leasing operations of the properties, working from our corporate office to ensure that the properties are well-maintained, fully occupied, and financially successful. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the properties, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

• Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates.

• Manage the maintenance and repair of the properties to ensure they are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations and company standards.

• Review and approve expenses, manage the budget, and ensure the financial success of the properties.

• Respond to resident complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure rents are collected in a timely manner to minimize and manage delinquency.

• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the properties are in good condition and compliant with regulations.

• Travel between properties in the DFW area as needed.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in property management.

• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, property management, and leasing principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Resman and Appfolio).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
