GENERAL SUMMARY: ReGenesis Health Care will designate a Nursing Team Leader at each office to enforce policy & procedure of maintaining office safety & quality requirements.

PURPOSE: To maintain & improve clinical office safety/quality initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITY: The Nursing Team Leader will monitor & checkoff safety/quality initiatives in the clinical setting by following the Emergency Preparedness Binder & Clinical Safety Inspection Worksheet.

• Reports-to Director of Nursing; Remain in constant communication with Director of Nursing.
• Assigned to their specified office, though remains in communication with other office Nursing Team Leaders and assists when necessary.
• Performs weekly checkoffs/documentation of clinical equipment, supplies, medications, immunizations, fridge temps, and samples.
• Responsible-for and Held Accountable-to the Clinical Safety Inspection Worksheet that is performed each quarter for Quality Safety Inspections.
• Monitor and address the clinical staff?s daily/future needs & report to DON.
• Participates in nursing/administrative orientations, trainings, in-services, etc.
• Daily job duties continue to require providing direct nursing care with assigned provider as well as completing necessary TEs, VMs, Labs, DIs, Paperwork, etc.
• Ensuring that professional standards and high-quality patient care are maintained at all time; Ensure that the clinical colleagues understand and adhere to all written policies and procedures of ReGenesis to ensure quality care at the highest level of evidence-based practice.
• Display & promote teamwork with a positive work attitude; Acts as role model to clinical staff members by creating an environment that empowers contribution.
