Registered Nurse with at least 5 years’ experience in acute care preferred

Preferred 3 years progressive leadership positions. Experience with implementing quality improvement programs that are proactive, progressive, and aligned with a hospital strategic plan.

Preferred 3 years healthcare quality improvement with proven experience leading interprofessional teams to successful outcomes.

Preferred 1 year integrated Health System and experience in a highly reliable organization (HRO).

License Requirements
RN licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia
