BayCare Clinic's mission is to provide measurably superior Orthopedic services to our patients.BayCare Clinic is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Orthopedics and Sports Medicine practice in Manitowoc, WI. Join a high-volume Orthopedic practice with a built-in referral base.
Tasks Include:
- Evaluate and manage general orthopedic patient's
- H&P's, preoperative clearance, and enter preoperative orders for Physician's
- Perform Ultrasound guided injections – training will be provided
- Directly support Orthopedic Physician in clinic as needed
- Medical optimization including smoking cessation, nutrition, etc.
- NP Certification
- Licensed in the State of Wisconsin or willing to obtain license
- Well versed in obtaining patient history, physical exams and ordering/interpreting various diagnostic tests
- 2 years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner desired
- Autonomously perform procedures while collaborating with Physicians
- Established and growing practice with a great reputation
