PUBLIC SERVICE STUDENT LOAN FORGIVENESS (PSLF) LOCATION ELIGIBLE
Careteam Plus seeks to expand healthcare service delivery and is developing Full and Part Time opportunities in Conway, South Carolina. Primary focus is on Primary Care Family medicine serving Pediatrics to Geriatrics. Candidates with women's health, pediatrics, infectious disease and/or Spanish speaking competency/experience meet preferred candidate criteria.
Full or Part Time Schedule is a possibility and negotiable with Provider. Number of days of the week also open for discussion with provider as we develop the plan and operational hours together for this expansion. Not entrenched on a traditional 5 days a week M-F model.

In addition to our primary medical services location in Conway SC, Careteam has an administrative office in Conway, and a satellite service location in Georgetown, SC with service area expansions opportunities across the tri-county region, SC area. We also staff multiple mobile telemedicine and community outreach units throughout these areas.
Careteam work locations are situated along the beautiful Grandstrand Conway/Pawleys Island/Georgetown/Myrtle Beach South Carolina area. QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years direct patient care service as a treating NP in a primary care setting. 4 years preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year specific experience with indigent populations and community based programs required.
License
- Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) unencumbered/no restrictions and in good standing with the SCLLR required.
- Current BLS or ACLS certification required.
Other
- Meets Careteam Plus Employee Health Hepatitis B immunity program requirements.
- Meets Careteam Plus Employee Health Tuberculosis screening program requirements.
- Influenza vaccination proof required (during the determined flu season)
- COVID Vaccines per CDC recommendation X 2

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
