An established hospital located outside of Mountain Home, Arkansas is seeking a full-time, permanent Hospice Manager to join their team!

The Hospice Manager Job Opportunity:

• Full-time, direct hire opportunity
• Mon-Fri, day shift
• May require some OT
• Great nursing leadership and administration team!

• Directs, Coordinates, and Manages Daily provision of Hospice services with and between all disciplines, external and internal services, agencies, facilities, and physicians within the framework of the purpose of Hospice services and the mission, goal and vision. Directly supervises, and manages Hospice nursing staff. Fosters autonomy, accountability and professional/personal growth and development of staff.
• Provides leadership within the nursing aide, and therapy team. Responsible and accountable for the care given to the patient and for the decisions regarding nursing tasks delegated to licensed and unlicensed personnel; obtaining and documenting complete medical history and vital signs; educates and in-services other staff in preparation. Will assume responsibilities for Director in her absence for all Hospice related activities.

The Hospice Manager Requirements:

• Must have active RN license
• Must have BLS certification
• Must have at least 2 years of hospice nursing experience
• Preferable to have at least 1 year of nurse supervision experience
