CORE JOB FUNCTIONS

Medical billers play a vital role in the connection between health care providers, patients, and insurance companies. At RealTime, we provide excellent Revenue Cycle Management to medical practices across the Southeast and through the Midwest. Experience with Hospitalist billing a plus.

SKILLS

• Perform posting charges

• Perform completion of claims to payers

• Conduct duties in a professional and timely fashion

• Submit billing data to the appropriate insurance providers

• Process claims

• Resolve denial instances

• Perform claim follow-up

• Achieve maximum reimbursement for services provided

• Deploy, maintain and report on various programs

• Able to multi-task

• Able to meet deadlines given

• Excellent customer service skills over the phone.

HOURS
Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5 PM; Friday 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM cst
Work from Home; Must be able to travel to Dothan, AL for occasional meetings.
