Job description
Accent Wire Tie, a leading provider of baling wire and bale strapping equipment to the waste and recycling industry, is searching for a skilled Network Administrator to join our team. In this position, you will work with the IT Manager to support end users, network infrastructure, software systems, work on helpdesk tickets, and assist with various IT projects.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years systems configuration and maintenance experience, A minimum of 3 years' experience supporting a mission critical IT infrastructure, as a network administrator or similar capacity
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Virtualization, preferably Azure, VMware, and Hyper V
- Knowledge of MS Windows, Active directory, and Group Policies, Azure Active Directory and Office 365
- Experience with ESET Protect and EDR
- Experience configuring and maintaining network hardware including switches, and firewalls
- Experience with Ring Central VoIP phone systems preferred
- Experience handling network security issues (viruses, malware, social engineering)
- Demonstrate knowledge of various ports and protocols.
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
- Knowledge of system security including intrusion detection systems and data backup/recovery.
- Experience with running CAT 5/6 and fiber cabling and installing new network drops when needed
- 4-year college degree or similar technical education
- A+, Net+, MCSE
- Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator
