The Opportunity::
The E-Commerce Accounts Manager- Home Solutions is a key contributor in driving profitable growth for Enel X Way. You will nurture existing customer relationships and create new ones. You will identify and address opportunities to maximize sales, profit and category growth for both Enel X Way and your customers. You’ll manage aspects like customer contracts, trade spending, customer events, new product launches, customer onboarding, and analysis of key metrics. You will be exceptional at cross functional communication who can inspire internal counterparts. The proper candidate is natural team player, someone who communicates needs clearly and respectfully, generously striving to help other internal players succeed for the team win.

The role will need to be intimately familiar with ecommerce, marketplace, and omni-channel retail. Ideally candidate will have experience managing retail partner portals, pulling data and deftly presenting the nuggets from your latest analysis efforts to any level of the organization.
What You'll Do at Enel::
Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand North American distribution for Enel X Way home solutions thru new customer acquisition.
  • Manage and profitably grow existing customer base, hitting all financial and non-financial organizational targets/goals of both Enel X Way and our customers.
  • Work productively with internal and customer cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, finance, global sales, credit, accounts receivable, product development, etc.
  • Gather and communicate to management competitive factors impacting the business (i.e. new competitive items, competitive promotions, etc.)
  • Develop robust 2-3 year account plans to determine budgets and guarantee sustainable growth

What You've Accomplished::
Specific Accountabilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of sales and account management experience. From prospecting, to establishing long term customers.
  • Advanced understanding of retail metrics/math
  • Ability to utilize large amounts of data to generate business insights and accurate demand forecasting
  • Understand the impact of business decisions on the P&L
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Must be comfortable communicating with senior leaders and building relational skills, both internally and externally
  • Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), and SalesForce/CRM
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Preferred sales experience working with large national retail accounts and/or buying experience at a mass retailer.
  • Experience with: Retail customer portals, ecommerce management, managing 3P Amazon/other marketplaces
  • Solid understanding of consumers, customer operations, the EVSE competitive set
Working Relationships & Environment
  • This role reports to North American Director, Sales over all Enel X Way home solutions.
  • Key internal relationships include: Brand team, Sales planning, Finance and supply chain teams.

The hiring range for this position is $83,700.00 to $115,100.00 per year. For remote positions, this is based on a national average base pay for this role. For positions in California this range will be specific to the location in California. The actual range may vary based on the geographic location of the chosen candidate. For all positions, the base pay actually offered will take into account various factors, including internal equity and job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
