Our ideal candidates are team-minded, self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. Keep your passion alive by working 1 -2 days/ week, approx 8-10 hr/week.

Maintain your creativity and knowledge of the nail industry and enjoy a rewarding career providing pedicures and manicures to our clients. We have a variety of schedules available.

Responsibilities

*Provide manicure and pedicure services - natural nails (lacquer & gel) *Answer the phone / schedule / re-schedule / adjust services when needed *Help maintain cleanliness of salon and your station *Advise and recommend services and products based on nail care needs *Follow the client journey format - will be provided when joining the team *Keep abreast of new techniques & professional products for retail *Participate with marketing & advertising to walk-by traffic & through social media

Qualifications

*Previous salon experience required - minimum 2yrs *Current PA Nail Tech (or cosmetology) license *Excellent communication and customer service skills *Strong attention to detail *Familiarity with salon scheduling software *Familiarity with social media - facebook, instagram, nextdoor etc (make posts on your personal page, join groups)

Wage Range

*$12/hr and tips AND *Sliding scale commission associated with products sold - both thru e-commerce and in-salon *You are welcome to discuss increasing your hours, once your chair occupancy has consistently reached 80% and moving to a commission scale to generate a higher income.
