Summit Technologies, Inc. has a potential opportunity for a Multimedia Designer to join our clients team based in Fort Sam Houston, TX. In this role you will use your multimedia skills to perform education-related technology tasks. This is a full-time remote role, and you will be able to work from anywhere.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, create, manipulate and tailor graphics, images, sound, animation, video and text.
• Create integrated multimedia programs using a combination of design skills and technical knowledge of digital products.
• Integrate media components in asynchronous, synchronous training products using client approved applications (i.e., Captivate, Articulate, Lectora, etc.)
• Establish, generate, and maintain tracking of all relevant files, documents, and correspondence relative to requests for and delivery of training.
• Responsible for the testing and maintenance of multimedia for numerous and varying courses.
• Process large volumes of data and perform data reduction and editing.
• Perform education related technology tasks to include 508 compliance, SCORM compliance, hosting system compatibility, etc.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2 or more years of related experience.
• Familiarity with programming skills such as Java, HTML, XML, as it applies to computer-based training design and development.

Certification/ Education:

• Associates degree or relevant certificate.
