We are looking for an MSP IT Dispatch Coordinator / Help Desk Engineer to join a highly respected Managed Service Provider in Manhattan, NY. The MSP IT Dispatch Coordinator / Help Desk Engineer is responsible for coordinating services in our MSP and IT Consulting business, ensuring we maintain maximum utilization of our technical resources through our ticketing and project management systems, and closing the basic tier 1 incoming tickets. The MSP IT Dispatch Coordinator / Help Desk Engineer will coordinate the delivery of multi- tier service requests, dispatch field engineers, and interact with our tier 1 service desk manager as needed. The MSP IT Dispatch Coordinator / Help Desk Engineer position comes with the opportunity to grow within the organization.
MSP IT Dispatch Coordinator / Help Desk Engineer Responsibilities:
- Qualify client issues and open support tickets.
- Monitor service boards for new tickets and or respond to tickets.
- Schedule internal and field resources on the CRM dispatch portal.
- Service ticket follow up/quality assurance.
- Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry/completion of service requests.
MSP IT Dispatch Coordinator / Help Desk Engineer Salary and Benefits:
- $50,000 – $65,000
- Benefits package (incl. medical, dental, life insurance) – 401(k) plan
- Excellent holiday/vacation
