Rate: 60-65 on w2

Location : NY but remote allowed.

Contract to Hire after 6 months

Major Responsibility:

• Design and develop web applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build and implement workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Maintain and administer Microsoft Power platform including staged deployments including the use of environment variables and varied connection references.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate user-facing elements with back-end logic.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent work experience)
• 3 years of experience with building rich web/mobile applications in Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas and Model Driven Apps)
• 3 years of experience with building automations in Microsoft Power Automate, including using external/premium connectors.
• Experience with Power Platform administration, ALM, and PCF Custom controls
• Experience with PowerBI for data visualization
• Experience with using SharePoint, Dataverse and SQL server as backend datastores.
• 3 years of experience using Microsoft’s PowerFX and Workflow Definition Languages
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with UI/UX design, experience incorporating FluentUI in PowerApps a plus
• Analytical and good at time management
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Curiosity about new technologies and excited to find ways to implement them in the work
• Experience with coaching and mentoring other developers

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
