GreenStar Landscaping, LLC is growing and is looking to add a Mowing Foreman to our team. We are looking for highly motivated individual who can provide service to our residential and commercial customers. As a leader you will be in the field and in charge of a mowing route, truck, trailer and 1-3 man crew, including yourself. You will be required to accurately communicate, execute and record the daily tasks assigned.

Shop is located at 3221 W. Pine Grove Road, PA Furnace - Must be able to report to this location for work. (Approx. 15 mins outside State College.)

Requirements for Mowing Foreman:

• Minimum 3 years experience on a professional landscape maintenance crew.
• 4+ years mowing experience as a team leader / foreman.
• Knowledge and experience with commercial/zero turn mowers, etc.
• Experience driving a truck with a trailer.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a PA Medical Card within 5 days of hire.
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean record and own reliable transportation to work.
• Will also perform routine landscape maintenance crew tasks (mulching, pruning, installations, mowing, etc.)
• Snow Removal required in the off season.

Compensation and Benefits

• Eligible to enroll in our benefits plan on the first of the month following the 60 day waiting period.
• Company uniforms shirts supplied on first day.

Must be able to provide previous work history and references, prior to interview.

Competitive Hourly Rate; based on prior experience in landscape industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Mowing Foreman: 4 years (Required)
• Commercial driving: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
