Mowing Crew Leader

Bestyard.com, a 25-year-old family-owned residential landscape maintenance business located in Parker Colorado, is growing. We are seeking motivated and experienced mowing crew leaders. As crew leaders, you will be responsible for daily mowing and maintenance of Bestyard.com customer residential properties. Additionally, this position carries a lead role, which means that this individual is also equipment management, verifying each property is handled with the utmost respect, speaking with customers as necessary regarding their property and taking Bestyard.com to the next level in customer support.

Basic Job Requirements

• Valid Colorado Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass pre-hire, and random, drug tests and background check.
• Speaks and Reads English and ability to use computer and other necessary equipment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to physically handle all required tasks, including walking behind a mower for 8+ hours per day.
• Able to work outside in all types of weather.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
