TITLE: Mixologist

DEPARTMENT: Restaurant

SUPERVISOR: General Manager

SUMMARY: In addition to excellent customer service and communication skills, this position is responsible for the organization, operation and cleanliness of the bar.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.

Be on time, in the correct uniform, clean and neatly pressed.

Be clean and well-groomed at all times.

Make eye contact and greet each guest.

Check ID’s to determine guest’s age. Uphold state and local liquor laws and do not serve anyone under the age of
21.

Assist coworkers as you would guests.

Handle complaints and conflicts in a professional manner.

Politely and professionally refuse service to an intoxicated person.

Ensure all beverage and food items are consistently served according to our quality standards.

Keenly observe your guests, anticipate their needs and provide service as seamlessly as possible.

Know all menu recipes, ingredients, and presentation verbiage and placement.

Upsell in all areas not only to increase your average check, but to provide the guest with a comprehensive BBH experience.

Clear and clean bar top and tables throughout your shift.

Ability to operate a POS system.

Perform all opening and closing side work.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
