Club & Leisure Partners, LLC is seeking a Member Experience Supervisor to support the Director of Member Services in delivering high-quality experiences to current and prospective members. This position will provide key leadership to the member services staff while directing day-to-day efforts of membership growth, retention and communication. This position will be for the Huntersville Family Fitness & Aquatics Center in Huntersville, NC with a full time schedule.
Responsibilities:
● Establish and define member experience standards for in-person, virtual and phone etiquette.
● Support and drive all growth, retention and communication efforts for the facility.
● Drive membership processes for joins, renewals, terminations and freezes in accordance to organizational standards.
● Lead efforts for hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and developing the member services team.
● Serve as the main point of contact for escalated member inquiries.
● Serve in the capacity of Manager-on-Duty (MOD) as needed for the facility which may require the completion of either opening or closing duties.
● Assist in day-to-day financial oversight and decision making of all member service offerings, including enforcement of Food and Beverage cash policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
● (2) years of experience leading teams of working adults.
● Strong oral and written communications skills for in-person, phone and email communication.
● Ability to learn and utilize member service software and computer equipment.
● Excellent business acumen.
● Ability to craft intentional relationships with various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree
● (2) years of sales and/or membership development experience.

The 88,000-square-foot facility includes full aquatic and fitness components and was designed with the whole family in mind.
