Personal injury law firm in Culver City is looking for a medical records clerk.

Our firm has been handling personal injury cases for the past 14 years. We are a client-oriented law firm that believes in communication as a cornerstone of our success. The main qualification of a successful candidate is an ability and willingness to effectively communicate with clients, health care providers, attorneys, etc.

Record clerks assist attorneys with the following aspects of an ongoing case:

- Reviewing medical records;

- Opening claims with Medi-Cal, Medi-Care, and private medical insurance companies;

- Obtaining medical and billing records from health care providers, including hospitals, urgent care facilities, primary care physicians, etc.;

- Following up with insurance companies and health care providers on claims and requests.

To that end, we are looking for people who meet the following criteria:

- must possess excellent communication skills;

- must possess excellent computer user skills;

- diligent, punctual, professional, respectful;

- able to follow direction and handle multiple task at the same time.

This is a full-time position available now. You will be joining a law firm with a friendly office environment and plenty of opportunities for growth.
