Front office receptionist in a friendly, fast paced, multi-physician, ENT surgical specialty office. We are looking the right individual that will be the first face of our team as we work to provide excellent patient care. Duties include accurately collecting and entering demographic and insurance coverage information into our PM system, check-in and check-out of patients which includes collecting applicable copays, deductibles, coinsurance and surgical down payments, accurate payment posting, answering and routing phone calls, appointment scheduling, processing medical records requests, among other front office duties.

As a float position, you have the unique opportunity to be cross-trained in multiple areas of the medical office, in addition to receptionist duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves learning and is wanting to grow. Must be willing to travel to both of our locations - Austin and Cedar Park.
